Things are going great so far! Today, I did the Legs and Back exercise and things turned out quite well. I am very sore but I am liking the feeling. I have been tracking my macros on myfitnesspal and am consuming 2000 calories a day.

Here we go!

I have decided to get back into shape. I used to be about 220 and lost 40 pounds of that. Now I am going to try and lose a lot of the weight that I gained as sympathy weight now that my son is born. I am going to be doing P90X again. Hopefully things go well and I lose a bunch of weight and get ripped and get sexy and shit! I'm actually already on day 3, but soon enough I will post some pics of me right now. Wish me luck! Also, I will be blogging about healthy recipes because my girlfriend is trying to lose some baby weight also! Thanks guys!
